Angel of God, my Guardian dear. To whom God's love commits me here, ever this day be at my side, to light and guard, to rule and guide. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

O God, Father of goodness, you revealed your love to the humble and to the children, by raising in your Church, St. Magdalene of Canossa to be the servant of the poor, grant that we may seek you above all things and serve the poor and the little ones in the true spirit of charity and humility.
