以上獲取錄之一年級學生，家長請於2021年11月24日或25日上午9:00至上午11:30或下午1:30至4:00，攜同下列文件來校辦理入學註冊手續。學校在為家長辦理註冊手續時，須要求家長簽署作實。倘若家長未能在指定限期內辦理註冊手續，則會被當作放棄自行分配學位論。

﹝2﹞ 回郵信封一個 [約22.5cm X 10cm] (已貼上$2郵票)
﹝3﹞ 小一新生個人資料表（可按此下載）
﹝4﹞ 小一入學申請表「家長副本」
﹝5﹞ 港幣現金$100 (預繳部分簿費)
﹝6﹞ 領洗紙副本(若學生為天主教徒)
如果你的子女未能在現階段獲得一個自行分配學位，教育局將會在二零二二年一月上旬以書面通知你前往指定的統一派位中心，辦理統一派位選擇學校手續。每名兒童將由教育局盡量依據家長選擇的意願統一派位。 |
備註: 1. 家長若因要事或交通情況影響，未能在上述指定期間辦理註冊手續，家長須事先與校務處黎小姐聯絡，以便作出適當安排，否則將被視作放棄該學位論。 2. 家長必須使用「安心出行」流動應用程式掃描場地的二維碼或填寫「訪校人士資料登記表格」，方可進入學校範圍。 |

For the parent of those successful applicant children, please come to school for registration in person on 24 or 25 November 2021 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m., bringing along the following:
1. Two student photos
2. One long self-addressed stamped($2) envelope
3. The completed application form (For collecting the English version of the application form, please contact the school office.)
4. The parent's copy of the Application From for Admission to Primary One
5. $100 for school exercise books prepayment
6. The photocopy of baptismal certificate if the child is a Catholic. *Please note the failure to register with the school within the specified period would lead to forfeiture of the discretionary place offered to them.
If your child has not been offered a Primary 1 discretionary place at the present stage, you will be informed by the Education Bureau in early January 2022 in writing to go to a designated Central Allocation Centre to make your choices of schools for Central Allocation. Each child will be allocated a Primary 1 place according to parental choice as far as possible. |
Remarks: 1. Parents who cannot register within the specified period due to matters of grave importance or traffic conditions should notify our school officer, Miss Lai, in advance to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, they will be deemed to have given up their discretionary place. 2. All parents will be required to use the ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ mobile application to scan the venue QR code or register the personal information before entering our school. |
